* For all summer rentals, we require a $450 deposit payable upon making your
reservation. We sincerely hope none of you will need to cancel, but we
understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise resulting in a
cancellation. We require a written one-month Notice of Cancellation. Upon
receipt, you will be sent your deposit minus a $200 administrative fee.
*For the comfort of our guests we do not accept pets and do not allow smoking anywhere on the resort property. Because of noise and water pollution, we do not allow wave runners/jet skis at the resort.
